The wig I got is pretty low quality, the hair feels thin, and there’s no label on it. Plus, I didn’t receive a return label or any address to send it back. I’m trying to reach out to them to sort out the return. I’ve already sent emails and even contacted PayPal. It’s just really disappointing.

I really wish I had checked out more reviews before making my purchase. I got a bob wig with bangs, but what I received was just trash. The hair looked like it was pulled from a bargain bin at a dollar store Halloween shop. To make matters worse, they expect you to cover the return shipping costs, and even then, they only give you a partial refund. The hair shown on their site is nothing like what they actually sell. This company is not to be trusted. Don't throw your money away. Mslynn Hair is a total scam.

I bought a transparent 13|4 lace front pixie cut wig with a slick back short curly style from what I thought was a reputable company. What I ended up with was a complete disaster. I feel like I threw away my money and time. First off, the hair has a terrible smell that makes me feel sick. It started shedding as soon as I took it out of the bag, and when I tried to wash it, even more hair came out. I attempted to dye it, but it wouldn’t hold the color; it just kept falling apart. I got the wig on 11/28/22, and by today, I’ve already tossed it in the trash. I’m really frustrated that I wasted my hard-earned cash.

I've cleaned the hair multiple times, yet it still keeps the curls nicely. Recently, I received a couple of messages from the store with tips on how to take care of the wig, and honestly, they’ve improved a lot. I’m curious why all the wig shops are shipping later than they did last year—could it be because of COVID-19?

This wig is absolutely a perfect score of 10 outta 10. The lace is super thin and clear, so you can easily dye it to blend with your skin tone. The curls stay in place really well. Honestly, I’ve got no issues with this wig at all.

This hair is fantastic! It's super soft and curls like a charm! I used a wand curler, and it turned out gorgeous. Honestly, I’m not the best at putting on wigs myself, but this one was a breeze to install and style, which really blew me away. I might just grab a longer version next, maybe the one with the skunk stripe, lol~~

I purchased three wigs from Mslynn Hair, and the quality was just awful. The hair started shedding right out of the packaging, and one of them didn’t resemble what I ordered at all. I reached out to the company, and they assured me they would cover my return shipping, asking me to send it back in a cost-effective way to help them out. They provided me with specific instructions, which I followed to the letter. They even showed me proof that others from my area had returned items similarly, so I took their word for it and sent my returns as directed. I shipped them back on January 8, 2022, and they finally arrived on March 18, 2022. I have confirmation of that. Since then, the company has gone silent and stopped responding to me. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but still no reply. This has been a really awful experience. It feels like highway robbery. Honestly, I wish there was an option to give less than one star. They deserve a negative rating.

The quality of the hair is impressive, and the support team is really helpful. That's why I gave it a 3. But man, the wig's construction is just awful. Right when I received it, there was a ton of shedding. After just a week, it lost so much hair that I had to add a track because it was looking bald. Plus, I ordered a wig with 250% density, but they sent me one with only 150, even though it was marked as 250. Sadly, their customer service isn't enough to bring me back.
